New on the Horizon*

Issue 3 of Horizon Review is out, with a frankly massive sheaf of poems, fiction, translation, articles, reviews and so on. The interview with Craig Raine is the one people are talking about, though there are also interviews with Pascale Petit, Hugo Williams and AL Kennedy.
